      2001~2003年分别按照替换试验设计的模型盆栽抗草铵膦转基因水稻991与稗草、普通粳稻越富与稗草,比较这两个水稻品种与稗草的竞争力。水稻和稗草按照4:0、3:1、2∶2、1∶3和0∶4的比例混种。统计分析结果表明,普通粳稻越富和转基因水稻991对稗草的敏感性存在显著差异。在稗草存在下,转基因抗草铵膦水稻991的干重和根长受稗草抑制程度大于普通粳稻越富;而叶面积指数的趋势相反,991的入侵能力明显低于越富。综合评价为在与稗草的竞争性方面,普通粳稻越富优于转基因抗草铵膦水稻991。
英文摘要:
      A replacement series study was conducted in a greenhouse of China Agricultural University from 2001 to 2003 to compare the competitiveness of glufosinate-tolerant transgenic rice cultivar 99-1 and non-transgenic rice cultivar Yuefu against Echinochloa crus-galli. Plants were established in portions of 4:0, 3∶1, 2∶2, 1∶3, 0∶4 (rice: E. crusgalli) plants/pot.The responses of the two cultivars to the competition of E. crusgalli were different. The reduction in dry weights and root length of cultivar 99-1 was higher than that of non-transgenic cultivar Yuefu when they grew with the weed.However, the reduction in leaf area of cultivar 99-1 was lower than that of non-transgenic cultivar Yuefu.Based on aggressivity of two cultivars, a conclusion was made that transgenic cultivar 99-1 was inferior to non-transgenic cultivar Yuefu in competitiveness against E. crusgalli.
