      以甜菜夜蛾性腺组织为材料,采用空气干燥法制备染色体标本,对甜菜夜蛾联会复合体核型和有丝分裂早中期染色体进行了研究,结果表明:甜菜夜蛾31条染色体的相对长度基本呈连续性变化;染色体为弥散着丝粒染色体,10号和21号染色体上存在次缢痕;性染色体类型为雄虫ZZ型,雌虫ZW型,性染色体为3号染色体。
英文摘要:
      Chromosome specimens were prepared from testis and ovary tissues of beet armyworm (Spodoptera exigua Hubner) by employing airdrying method. The karyotypes of synaptonemal complexs and prometaphase chromosomes in mitosis were studied. Basically,the relative lengths of 31 chromosomes of beet armyworm vary continuously. All of the chromosomes have diffuse centromeres and the 10th and 21st chromosomes have secondary constrictions. The type of sex chromosomes of beet armyworm is ZZ for males and ZW for females. The sex chromosome is No. 3.
