Cerambycidaes beetles (Cerambycydae, Coleoptera) feed on the trunks and branches of many kinds of trees. They periodically break out, leading to great economic damage to forestry and fruit production. The current studies and applications of biological control of Cerambycidae were reviewed in the present paper, including natural enemies, inhibitors of cellulase, attractants and sex pheromones from plants and host resistance to insects. |
