      从越南和我国台湾省引入十字花科蔬菜主要害虫小菜蛾幼虫的优势天敌小菜蛾弯尾姬蜂 ,研究了该寄生蜂的生物学特性和室内繁殖技术。通过田间释放 ,评价其定殖效果和控害潜能。结果表明 ,小菜蛾弯尾姬蜂能在云南田间续代增殖 ,自然寄生率可达 74.7% ,显示对小菜蛾种群优势的控害潜能
英文摘要:
      Diadegma semiclausum Hellen, a larval parasitoid of Plutella xylostella L. as a serious insect pest of cruciferous vegetable crops, had been introduced from Vietnam and Taiwan Province in China into Yunnan Province of China in 1997. The reproduction technique of D. semiclausum in laboratory and its biological characteristics were studied. Being released into field, the parasitoid was evaluated in its colonization and potency of controlling P. xylostella. Results showed that the wasp could be reproduced largely in laboratory, and establish its natural population successfully in the field. Natural parasitic rate of the wasp could reach to 74.7% in the field. D. semiclausum became dominant among insect species among natural enemies of controlling diamondback moth in Yunnan Province.
