      室内模拟试验表明 ,棉铃虫蛹道形状为“U”型 ,蛹室一般距土表 3~5cm ;入土孔道和羽化出土孔道不同 ,羽化出土孔道在筑蛹室之前已事先做好 ,且孔道上端距土表0.5~1.0cm。棉铃虫入土第 3天处于预蛹和蛹初期 ,入土第 10天为羽化前期 ;入土第 12天时 ,已有部分成虫羽化出土 ,其他个体正处于羽化期
英文摘要:
      The results of simulated experiment in laboratory showed that the pupal tunnel of cotton bollworm, Helicoerpa armigera (Hübner) was U shaped. The depth of the pupal chamber was 3-5 cm below soil surface in general. The entry route and the emergence tunnel were different, and the emergence tunnel had been built before the pupal chamber was constructed. The end of emergence tunnel was 0.5-1.0 cm below soil surface. After entering the soil, the tested bollworms were at the stage of prepupation or the initial stage of pupation at the 3rd day, and pre emergence at the 10th day. At the 12th day after entry, some of them emerged, and the others were emerging.
