| Fusarium semitectum Brek. & Rav. is a new pathogen on Agaricus bisporus. The culture features, morphological characteristics, infection symptoms and the effects of temperature and pH on growth of the fungi were studied. The efficacy of 10 fungicides against growth of the mycelium was tested in petri dishes. Results showed Kemeiling, formaldehyde and copper sulfate were effective in controlling this disease in both petri dishes and fields. |
