| Phytophthora nicotianae could grow very well on oatmeal glucose agar medium.The hygha was cultured in 30 ml Petri solution which put 2-3 drops of filtered soil suspension . In this kind of blended solution, the hyphea of P. nicotianae could preduce a great quantity of zoosporangium by 3 days. Zoosporangium could produce a great quantity of zoospore after treated under low temperature and culturing 24 hours once more. |
