| 通过非洲山毛豆丙酮抽提物对菜粉蝶的生长发育抑制作用测定 ,结果表明 :用非洲山毛豆叶丙酮抽提物每头点滴100μg干植物材料 ,对5龄菜粉蝶幼虫的校正畸死率为100%;每头点滴50、20μg干植物材料时 ,对 3、4龄菜粉蝶幼虫的校正畸死率分别为86.7%和72.21%;处理菜粉蝶蛹时 ,发现预蛹期比蛹期敏感。试验还表明其对斜纹夜蛾和粘虫的生长发育没有明显抑制作用 |

| The inhibiting effets of acetone extracts of Tephrosia vogelii Hook on the growth and development of Pieris rapae L. were studied. The results showed that the modified deformal mortality of the extracts contented 100 μg of T. vogelii to the 5th instar of P. rapae was 100% by topical application. Treated with the extracts contented 50 μg and 20 μg of T. vogelii to the 3th instar and 4th instar larva, respectively, the modified deformal mortalities were 86.7% and 72.21%. Moreover, the prepupae was more sensitive to the extracts than pupae. However, the extracts had no significant inhibiting effect on the growth and development of Prodenia litura Fabricius and Mythimna separata Walker. |
