| The resistance of Hami melon (Cucumis melo L.) against Phytophthora melonis was successfully induced by the weak infectious strain and the devitalized suspension culture of Phytophthora melonis. The results showed that the efficacy of induced resistance on the plant were sustained for three weeks. Different treatment methods in inducement and the interval time of two inoculation were discussed. |
