      把采集、分离自云南省 5个稻作区的 89个稻瘟病菌分生孢子单孢菌株及本实验分离的 280多个子囊孢子单孢菌株 ,共 108个生理小种 ,接种于当地 10个主栽水稻品种上。根据不同菌株在各个水稻品种上的毒力频率及品种两两配合后的联合致病系数 ,明确云粳 34号、云粳 42号、腾糯 2号、楚粳 17号抗瘟性较强。在108个生理小种中 ,其毒力频率分别仅为1.93%、2.75%、9.43%和16.76% ,仍可在本省继续推广种植或作抗源使用 ;而合系35、鹤16、楚粳3号、楚粳 14号、云粳 9号、云粳136号的毒力频率值分别为23.99%、25.88%、42.32%、86.35%、57.84%和41.08% ,已不能在云南单一大面积推广种植。试验表明 ,在利用分生孢子菌株作抗性分析 ,同时辅助于子囊孢子 ,将可提高抗性分析的准确性
英文摘要:
      Eighty nine single conidia were isolated from 5 rice areas of Yunnan, and more than 280 ascopores were isolated in laboratory. They were divided into 108 races by identified 9 single gene differential varieties and 2 reference varieties (BL1 and K59 from Japan). The virulence frequencies and pathogenicity association coefficient were analysed by means that the 108 races were inoculated 10 major rice varieties in Yunnan. Marked differences were found in both virulence frequencies and in association of pathogenicity in different rice regions. It indicated that the rice varieties of Yunjing 34, Yunjing 42, Tennuo 2 and Cujing 17 could be effectively used for control of Magnaporthe grisea. The virulence frequence of each lines was 1.93%, 2.75%, 9.43%,16.76%, respectively.
