在自动控制温度和光照条件的养虫室内,采用二次回归通用设计的方法,对截形叶螨实验种群的生长发育进行了研究。结果表明:完成一个世代发育历期,温度作用明显大于光照时间的作用;互作效应不明显,在32.2℃、12.5h/d光照条件下,完成一个世代所需的时间最短,仅为5.31d。夏季持续高温少雨的年份,对其防治应给予足够的重视。 |

The development of laboratory populations of Tetranychus truncatus Ehara was studied using twice regression general design method under the conditions of auto controlled temperature and light in a small room. The results showed that temperature was much more influential than light time in the effect on the time duration of one generation,and interaction between temperature and light time on the population development was not significant. The time of covering one generation was the shortest under 32.3℃ and 12.52 h/d light time, and it only needed 5.31 days. |
