| 本文探讨了印楝素、川楝素、紫背金盘氯仿抽提物和红果米仔兰甲醇抽提物对斜纹夜蛾5 龄幼虫取食行为的影响。试验表明,用取食活动次数、取食间间隔、取食内间隔的次数和持续时间等作为指标,可反映拒食剂对昆虫取食行为的抑制作用及其强弱,可用于评价拒食剂作用的效果。 |

| The effects of azadirathtin and toosendanin methanol extracts from Aglaiaodorata var chaudocensis, and chloroform extract from Ajnga nipponensis on the feeding behavior of the fifth instar larvae of tobacco cutworm (Spodoptera litura Fabricius) were studied. The texts of six larvae of tobacco cutworm feeded by flowering chinese cabbage leaves which treated by four botanical antifeedants were quantitatively described in continual observation for 24 hours in laboratory. The results showed that such factors as times of feeding activities,time temporal interval between feedings, times of interval within feeding, and sustained time of the interval, could be taken as indicators to show the different effects of antifeedant on feeding behavior of the insects. It might be applied for the evaluation of botanical antifeedant. |
