对11份玉米常用骨干自交系及8份重点推广的玉米杂交组合的抗病性进行苗期人工接种鉴定。结果表明,试材之间抗性差异较大,抗性较好的试材有沈137、Mo17、799、沈试29、丹玉13和丹408等。杂交组合的抗病性与母本及父母本中亲值相关密切,相关系数r分别为093和094,而与父本相关系数r为017,母本的抗病性对杂交组合的抗病性决定程度较大。 |

The resistance to Curvularia lunata (Walk) Boed of 11 inbreds and 8 hybrids of corn were evaluated by artificial inoculation in seedling periods in order to reasonably utilize the germplasm resources. The results suggested that the resistance to C. lunata among tested materials was different significantly Inbredlines such as Shen 137, Mo17,799 and hybridized combinations like Shenshi 29, Danyu 13 and Dan 408, were relatively resistant. The resistance of the F1 plants of different crosses was highly correlated to maternal plants and the mid-parent values, the correlation coefficients were 0.93 and 0.94, respectively, but 0.17 to paternal plants. The resistance of F1 plants of crossed to C. lunata depended greatly on that of maternal plants. |
