| 用浸玻片法测定了茶皂素、鱼藤酮、托尔克以及茶皂素分别与鱼藤酮和托尔克混用对柑桔全爪螨Ｐａｎｏｎｙｃｈｕｓｃｉｔｒｉ的室内毒力。结果表明，茶皂素单用对柑桔全爪螨的ＬＣ５０为８０４.０４ｍｇ／Ｌ，分别与鱼藤酮和托尔克混用，对这两种农药均有显著的增效作用，共毒系数分别为２３３.５３和７３７.５５。田间试验结果，茶皂素单用时对柑桔全爪螨的防效较差，且持效期很短，但加入到鱼藤酮和托尔克中使用，药效可提高２０％左右，特别是对托尔克增效极明显。 |

| The toxicity of tea saponin, rotenone, torque, tea saponin mixed with rotenone and torque,respectively, on Panonychus citri were examined in laboratory. The results showed that the LC50of tea saponin alone was 80404 mg/ L,and it had significant synergistic actions on rotenone and torque when mixed with them to kill citrus red mite, respectively.The CTCs were 233.53 and 737.55. The effect of tea saponin against citrus red mite was relatively poor, and the effective duration was also short in field tests. But the efficacy of tea saponin mixed with rotenone and torque in various extent could be increased about 20%, especially to torque. |
