| 采用ＲＡＰＤ方法对发生在吉林省的亚洲玉米螟一、二化性类型作了分析。结果表明：３个生态区的亚洲玉米螟的不同化性种群间的遗传基因变异较大，经聚类分析后可归为一化性和二化性２个类群，即一化性的公主岭和敦化玉米螟归为一化性类群，而二化性的公主岭和白城玉米螟归为二化性类群。在同一个化性类群内，同一地理种群的个体间基因变异小于不同地理种群的变异。 |

| The results of RAPD (random amplified polymorphic DNA) analysis showed that genetic variation was obvious between the univoltine ecotype and the bivoltine ecotype. The voltinism ecotypes could be divided into 2 distinct groups with statistical cluster of genetic polymorphic locus points, those were the univoltine groups in Gongzhuling and Dunhua and the bivoltine groups in Gongzhuling and Baicheng. The genetic variation of individuals from the same geographic populations was smaller than that of individuals from different geographic populations within the same voltinism groups. |
