| An identification technique and evaluation standard for resistance of B.t.transgenic cotton to Helicoverpa armigera (Huber) were studied The standard was combined of the damage of cotton square and boll in caged field and the larvae corrected mortility in lab Thirty nine transgenic cotton lines were evaluacted using this technique The results indicated that there were 58 97% of total lines showing high resistance |
