1993~1994年对单接瓜果腐霉菌Pythiumaphanidermatum或禾谷镰刀菌Fusariumgranminearum的玉米苗期茎腐病抗感病株冰冻切片镜检结果,品种的抗性与筛管中的胼胝质沉积物形成的时间早晚及萤光强弱有关。形成的时间越晚,萤光越强的品种越抗病;植株的主根和茎基皮层细胞壁及中柱维管束的细胞壁厚,大导管数量多、筛管细胞粗短者抗病,反之壁厚、小导管数量多、筛管细胞细长者感病。 |

This paper deals with the physical change in com seedlings of resistant and susceptible varieties to corn hasal rot.The experiment showed that the resistance was closely related to the callose sediment, fluorescence in the sieve tube,and the morphological structures of the varieties themselves. The later the callose sediment and stronger the fluoresence presented, the stronger the resistance apeared. The R type cv, have thicker cortex cell walls in root and hasal stalks and collumella vascular tissues, and have bigger vessels and shorter sieve tube cells than those in the S type cv.. |
