      为明确不同品种梨对苹果蠹蛾Cydia pomonella产卵选择及蛀食为害的影响, 本研究通过室内试验评估了苹果蠹蛾在11个品种梨上的产卵偏好、卵孵化率、幼虫蛀果率及生长发育适应性。结果表明, 不同品种梨对苹果蠹蛾的产卵量、孵化率、蛀果率、卵期等有显著影响。在11个品种梨中, 成虫对‘翠冠梨’产卵偏好性最高(18.02粒/果), 在 ‘红香酥梨’(1.12粒/果)和 ‘茄梨’(1.37粒/果)上的产卵偏好性较低。苹果蠹蛾在 ‘黄金梨’上的卵孵化率较高(36.72%), 其次是 ‘丑梨’(29.50%), 在 ‘翠冠梨’(0.85%)、‘茄梨’(1.38%)和 ‘彩虹梨’(2.37%)上的卵孵化率较低。‘丑梨’的幼虫蛀果率较高, 为79.95%, 其次是 ‘黄金梨’(52.52%), ‘鲁沙梨’的幼虫蛀果率较低(8.73%)。在‘翠冠梨’上的平均卵期较短(5.57 d)。综合分析苹果蠹蛾在不同品种梨上的落卵量、卵孵化率和幼虫蛀果率发现, 苹果蠹蛾在‘茄梨’和‘彩虹梨’上的适合度低; 在‘丑梨’和‘黄金梨’上的适合度高。本文明确了对苹果蠹蛾生长发育适合度低的梨品种, 在梨的生产中对于苹果蠹蛾的综合防治具有指导作用, 对保障我国梨产业安全、促进绿色农业发展具有重要意义。
英文摘要:
      To clarify effects of different pear varieties on the oviposition selection and boring damage of Cydia pomonella, its oviposition preference, egg hatching rate, larval fruit-boring rate and developmental adaptability on 11 pear varieties were evaluated through laboratory experiments. The results showed that pear varieties significantly influenced the fecundity, egg hatching rate, larval fruit-boring rate and egg stage duration of C.pomonella. Among the 11 pear varieties, adults exhibited the highest oviposition preference for ‘Cuiguan pear’ (18.02 eggs/fruit), while the preference was relatively low for ‘Hongxiangsu pear’ (1.12 eggs/fruit) and ‘Qie pear’(1.37 eggs/fruit). A relatively high egg hatching rate was observed on ‘Huangjin pear’ (36.72%), followed by ‘Chou pear’(29.50%), whereas ‘Cuiguan pear’ (0.85%), ‘Qie pear’(1.38%) and ‘Caihong pear’(2.37%) showed relatively low hatching rates. The larval fruit-boring rate was relatively high in ‘Chou pear’ (79.95%), followed by ‘Huangjin pear’ (52.52%), and relatively low in ‘Lusha pear’ (8.73%). The average egg stage duration on ‘Cuiguan pear’ (5.57 days) was relatively short. Comprehensive analysis of fecundity, egg hatching rate and larval fruit-boring rate indicated that ‘Qie pear’ and ‘Caihong pear’ had low suitability for C.pomonella development, while ‘Chou pear’ and ‘Huangjin pear’ exhibited high suitability. This study identifies pear varieties with low developmental suitability for C.pomonella, providing guidance for integrated pest management in pear production. These findings are crucial for safeguarding the safety of China’s pear industry and promoting green and sustainable agriculture.
