| 大豆Glycine max (L.) Merr.种植对我国粮食和经济安全具有重要意义, 其中大豆蚜Aphis glycines是影响其产量和品质的重要因素之一。为明确低剂量氟啶虫胺腈对大豆蚜生物学特性的影响, 采用叶片浸渍法测定了氟啶虫胺腈对大豆蚜的LC50, 并研究了氟啶虫胺腈两组低剂量:0.34 mg/L (2% LC50)和3.44 mg/L (20% LC50)对大豆蚜F0代、F1代生长发育和繁殖的影响。结果表明:与对照相比, 大豆蚜经氟啶虫胺腈两组低剂量处理后, F0代成蚜的寿命和单头产蚜量均分别显著下降4.2、6.6 d和8.9、14.9头(P<0.05), 而F1代在0.34 mg/L剂量组处理下成蚜的寿命和单头产蚜量差异均不显著(P>0.05), 3.44 mg/L剂量组均显著下降4.6 d和12.4头(P<0.05); F1代若蚜期的生长发育与对照相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。其种群净生殖率(R0)、内禀增长率(rm)、平均世代周期(T)和周限增长率(λ)均降低, 种群加倍时间(DT)延长。表明两组低剂量的氟啶虫胺腈处理抑制了F0代和F1代大豆蚜种群的寿命、繁殖力及种群的增殖, 具有明显的低剂量效应, 且随着剂量的增加其抑制作用更为明显, 即存在剂量效应。 |

| Soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] plays a vital role in China’s food and economic security, and the soybean aphid (Aphis glycines) is one of the major pests affecting its yield and quality. To clarify the effect of low doses of sulfoxaflor on the biological characteristics of A.glycines, the LC50 of sulfoxaflor was determined using the leaf-dipping method. Two sublethal concentrations: 0.34 mg/L (2% LC50) and 3.44 mg/L (20% LC50) were then used to examine their effects on the growth, development and reproduction of A.glycines in the F0 and F1 generations. The results showed that compared with the control, the adult longevity and fecundity of F0 aphids were significantly decreased by 4.2 and 6.6 days, and 8.9 and 14.9 nymphs, respectively (P<0.05). In the F1 generation, no significant differences were observed in longevity or fecundity under the 0.34 mg/L treatment (P>0.05), whereas both parameters decreased significantly by 4.6 d and 12.4 nymphs at 3.44 mg/L (P<0.05). The developmental duration of F1 nymphs showed no significant difference from the control (P>0.05). The population parameters, including net reproductive rate (R0), intrinsic rate of increase (rm), mean generation time (T) and finite rate of increase (λ), were all decreased, while the population doubling time (DT) was extended. These results indicate that low doses of sulfoxaflor (0.34 mg/L and 3.44 mg/L) suppress the longevity, fecundity and population growth of A.glycines in both F0 and F1generations. Moreover, the inhibitory effects intensified with increasing concentration, revealing a clear dose-dependent relationship. |
