| 为寻求新的生防资源, 本研究从山药中分离筛选出1株对南方根结线虫Meloidogyne incognita 2龄幼虫具有较强毒杀活性且抑制卵孵化的细菌菌株JXYX15。综合形态特征、生理生化特性和分子进化分析结果, 鉴定菌株JXYX15为芽胞杆菌 Bacillus sp.。菌株JXYX15发酵液和发酵滤液对南方根结线虫2龄幼虫均具有较高的毒杀效果, 原液处理后24 h幼虫的校正死亡率分别为87.89%和88.59%, 且未稀释的发酵滤液对卵的孵化抑制率达到80.33%。盆栽条件下, 菌液JXYX15灌根处理可显著抑制南方根结线虫对番茄根部侵染, 接虫60 d后病情指数为30.00, 与LB对照处理组(77.78)相比下降了61.43%。同时, 菌液(原液)灌根处理可改善染病番茄的生长状况, 相较于对照组, 灌根处理后的番茄株高和鲜重分别提高了35.48%和90.04%。这些结果表明菌株JXYX15在南方根结线虫病的绿色防控上具有较大的开发潜力。 |

| In order to find new biocontrol resources, a bacterial strain JXYX15 was isolated and screened from yam, which has strong virulence activity against the 2nd instar larvae of Meloidogyne incognita, as well as inhibiting the egg hatching. Based on morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical properties and results of molecular evolution analysis, the strain was identified as Bacillus sp. The fermentation broth and filtrate of strain JXYX15 were highly toxic to the 2nd instar larvae of M.incognita, with the corrected mortality rates of larvae after treatment with the original liquid were 87.89% and 88.59% at 24 h, respectively, and the hatching inhibition rate of the undiluted fermentation filtrate reached 80.33%. Under potting conditions, root drenching with the bacterial solution JXYX15 significantly inhibited M.incognita infestation on tomato roots, with a disease index of 30.00 after 60 d of inoculation, which was a decrease of 61.43% compared with that of the LB control treatment group (77.78). Meanwhile, root drenching with the bacterial stock solution improved the growth of diseased tomatoes, and the plant height and fresh weight of tomatoes after treatment increased by 35.48% and 90.04%, respectively, compared with the control group. These results indicate that strain JXYX15 has great potential for the development of green control agent against M.incognita disease. |
