| 番茄褐色皱纹果病毒(tomato brown rugose fruit virus, ToBRFV)可以侵染包括番茄在内的多种茄科作物, 对番茄的产量和品质造成显著影响。本研究利用小RNA测序技术, 从新疆喀什地区叶城县的番茄病样中检测到ToBRFV, 将该分离物命名为ToBRFV-XJ, 该病毒与南方番茄病毒(southern tomato virus, STV)、番茄花叶病毒(tomato mosaic virus, ToMV)复合侵染番茄。通过设计的特异性引物成功扩增了ToBRFV-XJ的基因组序列。基因组全长6 264 nt, 包括4个开放阅读框(ORFs), 分别编码4个蛋白。系统发育分析表明, ToBRFV-XJ与山东(登录号: MT018320.1)和辽宁(登录号: OR437354.1)分离物具有较近的亲缘关系。本研究首次监测到了ToBRFV在新疆设施番茄上发生危害, 对控制ToBRFV在新疆的扩散具有重要意义。 |

| Tomato brown rugose fruit virus (ToBRFV) is newly emerging virus that infects various Solanaceous crops, particularly tomato (Solanum lycopersicum), causing substantial losses in both yield and quality. In this study, ToBRFV was detected in diseased tomato samples collected from Yecheng county, Kashgar prefecture, Xinjiang, by using small RNA sequencing technology. The isolate was designated ToBRFV-XJ, and was found to co-infect tomato plants together with southern tomato virus (STV) and tomato mosaic virus (ToMV). The complete genome sequence of ToBRFV-XJ, comprising 6 264 nucleotides and containing four open reading frames (ORFs) that encode four proteins, was successfully amplified using specifically designed primers. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that ToBRFV-XJ is closely related to the Shandong (GenBank accession no. MT018320.1) and Liaoning (GenBank accession no. OR437354.1) isolates. This study represents the first report of ToBRFV infecting greenhouse tomatoes in Xinjiang, and provides important insights for the monitoring and prevention of ToBRFV spread in this region. |
