Anthracnose is one of the main diseases of grapes. Rain-shelter cultivation measures have better prevention and control effect on grape anthracnose. However, in 2020, serious anthracnose disease was also found on grapes cultivated under rain-shelter in Guangxi, with an incidence rate of 70%-80% and a yield loss of 50%. In this study, four isolates of grape anthracnose were isolated from the ‘Shine Muscat’ grape anthracnose fruit samples of Nanning, Guangxi in 2020. According to morphological characteristics and multi-gene (ITS, ACT, TUB2, GAPDH, CAL) phylogenetic analysis, the four isolates were all identified as Colletotrichum viniferum. This is the first time that C.viniferum is the pathogen causing grape anthracnose in Guangxi. |
